đŸ„’ Crispy zucchini chips from the oven | The perfect HIT snack

Chip nights are saved! Our zucchini chips are the ultimate answer to cravings. Not only are they low in histamine, they are also low in calories and contain no questionable spice mixtures. With just three basic ingredients, you can whip up a snack that is wonderfully crispy and will make your stomach happy.

Are you looking for a savory snack that won’t overflow your histamine bucket? Classic store-bought potato chips are often loaded with flavor enhancers or yeast extract. Our Zucchini Chips are the safe alternative! Zucchini is highly tolerated (SIGHI Level 0). We’ll show you how to get them perfectly crispy in the oven.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium Organic Zucchini: (Firm and fresh, SIGHI 0).

  • 2 tbsp Organic Olive Oil: (Extra virgin).

  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt: (Pure, non-iodized).

  • Optional: A pinch of dried oregano or thyme (both SIGHI 0).

  • Happy Hista Extra: A dip made of fresh cream cheese refined with Forever Aloe Vera Gelℱ * .

Preparation

  1. Slice: Wash the zucchini and cut into very thin slices (a mandoline slicer works best). The thinner the slices, the crispier the chips!

  2. Dry: Lay the slices on paper towels, sprinkle with a little salt, and let sit for 10 minutes. Gently pat dry to remove excess moisture.

  3. Coat: In a bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil and optional herbs.

  4. Bake: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange slices in a single layer (do not overlap). Bake at 250°F (120°C) for about 45–60 minutes.

  5. Pro Tip: Occasionally open the oven door for a second to let the steam escape.

  6. Cool: The chips will crisp up even more as they cool down. Wait a few minutes before serving.

Product Recommendation

We recommend pairing this snack with a refreshing shot of Forever Aloe Vera Gelℱ (Art. 715) * . Its 99.7% pure aloe gel supports your digestive system, making it the perfect holistic companion for your snack time.
